Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you! I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will result in an automatic cancellation fee of 50% of the service total to the card on file. Same day cancellations and/or no-shows will automatically be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments. I understand that emergencies happen and will review situations on a case-by-case basis. Providing notice helps me offer your appointment time to another guest and keeps my schedule running smoothly. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my time.
